Services Fabrication

INTERMAINT owns a factory in Nasreya, Amreya which specializes in the production of steel structure and factory components. The factory is located on an area of four feddans (16000 m2 ) and employs 185 Engineers and skilled labor. The factory comprises of state-of-the-art equipment which is supported by latest computer aided design software (C.A.D) and a computerized numerical control machine (CNC) and has a production capacity of up to 7000 tons/year of mixed products. The Foundry produces the following:

Factory Components: INTERMAINT produces custom metal fabrication components as per client's needs, such as:

	Steel Structure: The Company also specializes in the fabrication of steel structure, rolled sections or built-up sections.
	Technological Steel Structure (plate work): For all kinds of material including stainless steel, carbon steel, boiler, Hardox, etc.
	Spare Parts: The factory produces spare parts and components for all plants' equipment, example diaphragms, cooling ducts, fan casings, expansion joints, bucket-elevators and conveyor systems.

We acquire the possession of quantity and quality equipment to execute all required installation, maintenance and fabrication. INTERMAINT uses state-of-the-art equipment in its factory to produce competitive, high quality products. INTERMAINT constantly reinvests capital into its equipment to ensure that your product will be executed and completed on-time. Following is a list of equipment available at INTERMAINT:

	Two Large crane - Capacity: 25 tons - 1200 tons
	Two Overhead Cranes - Capacity: 5 tons, double girders - 6 motions
	Two overhead crane - Capacity: 10 tons, double girders - 6 motions
	Two overhead cranes - Capacity: 5 tons, hoist type - 6 motions
	Forklifts - Capacity: 5 tons for internal handling
	Mobile crane - Capacity: 45 tons for loading purposes
	Gantry crane - Capacity: 10 tons for sandblasting and painting.
	CNC flame cutting machine with two burners - 10 m X 4m - thickness 150 mm
	H-Beam built-up line machine, for cutting, auto-assembly, auto-welding and auto-straightening. Capacity: up to HEB 1.2 m
	Strips Flame cutting machine 9 torches, 15 m X 4m
	Shear cutting machine 3 m width - capacity up to 16 mm plate thickness
	Sheet Bending machine 3 m width - Capacity up to 14 mm plate thickness (planned)
	Roller bending machine 3 m width - capacity up to 35 mm plate thickness
	Pipes bender machine - capacity up to 8 - pipes
	Universal hot rolled sections cutting machine
	Semi-automatic flame cutting machine (4 sets)
	Reciprocating cutting machine
	Rectifier welding machine - 45 pieces
	Carbon Dioxide welding machine - 45 pieces
	Radial drilling machine - 1.5 m, 60 mm bit (2 sets)
	Drilling machine 35 mm with threading head (3 sets)
	Lath machine 2 m bed, 50 mm core and 45 cm circumferences lathing.
